Nexus Global Ecosystem
Redefining the Digital Horizon
The Nexus Global project was more than just a website redesign. It was an exercise in Full-Stack Digital Transformation. The goal was to consolidate 14 separate regional portals into one unified, ultra-high-performance global backbone.
The Architectural Backbone
We implemented a headless architecture using Next.js on the front end and a custom GraphQL layer to aggregate data from legacy systems.
Core Objectives:
- Unified Identity: Synchronizing brand voice across 40 countries.
- Performance: Achieving sub-500ms Time-to-Interactive (TTI).
- Integration: Seamless real-time logistics tracking for the end-user.
01 / Strategy
The Strategic Mapping
We spent the first 4 weeks auditing 12,000 pages of legacy content. By mapping the user flow across three distinct personas, we identified 40% efficiency gaps in the original checkout process.
02 / Result
A Future-Proof Platform
The launch resulted in a 65% increase in cross-regional sales and a massive reduction in server overhead costs thanks to our edge-caching implementation.
